He then says she doesn't need to pay and writes her a prescription and says he will fax it to the pharmacy next door. However, the receptionist insists that she needs to pay even though the doctor has said she doesnt need to. After going back and forth arguing, my MIL gives up and leaves, without paying and without the prescription, which he didn't fax over anyways.
Please, go somewhere else if u can. Biggest problem here is that you have to get past the dirty waiting room with folding chairs and rude Receptionist.
Her groceries are piled on the floor by her chair, many papers are piled all over her desk. They only take cash for your copay.
